Hi! My name is Kristen. I'm the owner of Reflections Health and Wellness. I started this business to support my family while still being able to be present for my children. Being there for them through their special moments is so important to me. I expanded my nutrition services to include skincare and hormone replacement therapy because I wanted to make beauty treatments and weight loss solutions affordable and accessible for everyone.
