Hi! My name is Kristen. I'm the owner of Reflections Health and Wellness. I started this business to support my family while being able to still get my kids off the bus everyday. Being there for them through their special moments was so important to me. I added skincare to my nutrition business because I wanted to make beauty treatments affordable and accessible for everyone.
