Late Arrivals
There is a grace period of 5 minutes for lateness. After 5 minutes there will be a $5 fee.
We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your service may result in its cancellation and your card on file will be processed at your scheduled appointment time per our cancellation fee. (see below)
Cancellation Policy
When appointments are missed or canceled with insufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy causing substantial financial impact to the business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with RHW we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice by text or email.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25.
Clients who miss their appointments, cancel within an hours notice or arrive 10 minutes or more late to their appointment may have to forfeit their appointment and are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. If appointment doesn’t need to be forfeited there will be a $5 charge after the 5 minute grace period for every 5 minutes late. I will try my best to accommodate based on my schedule but in that instance your service may need to be shortened.
**GROUPON USERS: I will redeem your Groupon the day before your service (within 24 hours). If you are a no show or a late cancel and refuse to pay the fee- you forfeit your voucher. If you have an expired voucher there is a $40 fee.
*All fees are discretionary based off of instance. I understand life happens rather quickly and some things are purely unforeseeable.
**If you are sick and need to reschedule last minute, you will still be charged but the fee will go towards your rebooked service within a 3 week period. MUST be booked within 3 weeks, otherwise you lose your fee.
